About Me

Faith C.

Facilitator · Speaker · Narrative Practitioner · Learning Experience Designer

Curious human. Lover of language. Conversation curator. Explorer of choosing. Seeker of clarity.

01The practice

The stories we carry shape the choices we make.

Faith creates and facilitates spaces where people can examine the narratives, assumptions, relationships, and possibilities shaping how they choose.

She is curious about the stories we carry—and the meaning we give them. This includes the expectations, identities, experiences, and inherited ideas that can shape how we see ourselves, one another, and what we believe is possible.

Her role is not to prescribe the answer. Through questions, language, reflection, and facilitated conversation, she creates room to notice what may be shaping the story, consider another perspective, and become more intentional about what comes next.

02Why In Her Choosing™

What happens when we begin to want something different?

In Her Choosing™ grew from a curiosity about the choices that follow healing, change, insight, and a desire for something different.

A different relationship. A different way of working or leading.

A possibility not yet explored. A dream that keeps returning.

A new season asking something different of us.

Wanting different is one thing. Another question follows.

A question at the heart of the work

What does the life you want require of you?

There is choosing on the other side of healing. There is choosing on the other side of change. And sometimes, choosing is what creates the change.

The work is not simply about identifying what we want. It is also about becoming curious about who we are becoming, what we are willing and able to offer, what we may need to reconsider, and what the life and relationships we say we want may ask of us.

03Experience across people + systems

The person is never separate from the context.

Faith brings experience working across public-sector and nongovernmental environments, where people, institutions, communities, responsibilities, and competing realities continually intersect.

That experience informs how she approaches a room: with curiosity about not only the individual, but also the systems, relationships, language, and responsibilities surrounding the choices people make.

04Two rooms

Distinct contexts. One practice.

In Her Choosing began through a particular curiosity about women’s choices, relationships, identities, responsibilities, boundaries, desires, and changing seasons.

HER Edition and HIS Edition allow some conversations to be held within distinct lived and relational contexts. The questions may differ. The practice remains grounded in curiosity, conversation, reflection, and more intentional choice.

Sometimes the conversation deserves more room.
